Sole practitioner attorneys and law firms of every size and scope have turned to Carlisle Reporting for more than 20 years. Longevity in the Houston Legal Services Community is of course a nice milestone for sure, but it’s not enough.
We provide many of the same services as others in our field, but how we manage and conduct our business is what we refer to as “The Carlisle Reporting Way.”
Perhaps we are best proud of what we don’t do.
We do not spend thousands of dollars a year on advertising in glossy industry publications, and we don’t have an army of salespeople scouring the Houston Law Firm Landscape.
What has evolved over the years since our inception has been an organic growth of clients who, once they work with us, remain as valued repeat strategic relationships.
The legal services industry is constantly evolving. Advances in technology, procedures, and even laws never stop changing. We embrace new challenges, but we take a step back when it comes to our own interaction with the people who rely on us for help.

We’re not fond of surprises either. As our client, there will be none. We’re going to provide you what you want, when you want it, processed to the highest degree of accuracy. Period.
Our rules of the road are quite simple.
We respect our client’s time. We respond rapidly to new service requests.
Our Court Reporters are the best of the best. You can rest assured when we cover your assignment, the people we send to represent our firm are well known to us. We’re not picking names off of a random list and sending an untested body. Other firms may operate this way, we don’t.
Our representatives, whether they be Certified Court Reporters or Videographers, will always arrive for your proceedings with plenty of time to set up and test their equipment. When the attorneys arrive for the deposition, everyone from Carlisle Reporting will be ready to go.
Our deliverables will be accurate, on-time and ready for your attorneys to use. Again, no surprises.
Another part of our firm’s focus is on what others in the field are doing. We are active members of several industry trade associations.
We keep up on who is where, what is working and what’s not, better ways to run our company and provide value added services to our clients.
When we come across something new, we are very eager to share what we learn with our clients.
What we’ve found is that the schedulers and paralegals who interact with us most are very appreciative of new ways to make their jobs easier and less stressful. A win-win for all.
